Total Time: 25 min.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Châtel Farms Ground Beef, thawed 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or Spanish paprika, optional)
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons fresh cracked black pepper
Method:
Thaw beef for 15 minutes (or, just able to form into patties). Place beef into a large mixing bowl, add the olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper, and mix* well. Form the mixture into eight 4 oz. patties and prepare according to one of the methods below.
To Grill:
Start grill as per manufacturers instructions. Place the patties on grill and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F on a meat thermometer.
To Pan Fry:
Heat a medium size non-stick frying pan over medium high heat and brown both sides, transfer to a 350°F oven for 10 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160°F.
To Bake:
Place patties in an ovenproof pan and bake at 350°F for 15 to 17 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 160°F.
