From freezer to table in minutes – Châtel Farms Ground Beef is ideal for the person or family on the go. They can be used in all your favorite recipes, from appetizers to entrées. Simply preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add frozen Ground Beef directly into the pan and cook while stirring for approximately two minutes. Then add your favorite sauces and seasonings for a tasty and nutritious dish for you and your family.

1 lb. Châtel Farms Ground Beef 3 slices bacon, chopped 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup chopped carrots 1 (26 oz) jar marinara sauce 1/2 cup half-and-half or light cream 10 oz. corkscrew or other pasta, cooked and drained 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
In a 4-quart Dutch Oven, cook bacon, onions and carrots until bacon is crisp, drain off fat.
Stir in marinara sauce, bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Add Ground Beef and cover. Cook for 5 more minutes and stir in half-and-half (or cream).
Serve over hot cooked pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese if desired.
